Kemp & Associates Inc., this three part workshop based course (Parts 1, 2 & 3) is designed for new and experienced property managers, rental property owners, resident managers, and prospective managers. Each part is highly interactive with lots of opportunities to ask questions and discuss answers. Al’s “boots on the ground” approach relates the day to day business of managing tenancies to the law – not the other way around.
Each part of this ZOOM-presented course is for 2 to 3 hours on successive Tuesday to Thursday mornings and includes handouts for future reference. You can take all three Parts, or any one or two. You must attend all three days of a Part to receive a completion certificate.
