Beyond technical skills, the course emphasizes professional growth — helping you strengthen your conflict resolution and public speaking abilities, sharpen your business writing, and expand your strata terminology so you can communicate clearly and lead with confidence.
Classes are delivered live on Zoom every Friday from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, creating an interactive and supportive learning environment. Participants should also plan for approximately two hours per week of readings, discussions, and recorded content. Active, on-camera participation is required to maximize engagement and learning. A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
Each week, an experienced industry professional will lead the lesson, sharing practical insights, real-life examples, and valuable guidance.
