Message from PAMA’s New Executive Director

Dear PAMA Members,
It’s hard to believe I’ve been with PAMA for two months! So far, I’ve experienced PAMA’s Great Escape in Whistler, a hike to Deep Cove, the July Golf Tournament, four education sessions, various committee meetings and two Board meetings. I am in awe of the dedication I’ve witnessed from so many members. Thanks for making it a fantastic beginning of a new era.
I’d like to express my gratitude to Roger Williams, PAMA’s previous leader, for his willingness to help make the transition as smooth as possible. 
As your new executive director, I’m here to carry out the Board’s vision and strategic plan. However, the plan starts with YOU. In order for PAMA to meet your individual and corporate needs, I need to know:
- What is PAMA really good at and should keep doing
- What isn’t working or could be better
- What services/products/events do you wish PAMA offered
- What would you like PAMA to accomplish/solve for the residential property management industry
