At Concert Properties, we design, construct and manage buildings that foster resilient and inclusive communities where residents can live healthy lives. As an industry leader, Concert is taking meaningful and decisive action to combat climate change. We have ambitious GHG reduction targets for our portfolio, and we have developed a roadmap to get there.
Energy efficiency, electrification, and other GHG emissions reduction projects are essential to reach our goal but can be financially challenging. We have collaborated with BC Hydro and Fortis BC on many projects to access funding through one of their financial incentive programs that help reduce the capital cost and paybacks of energy efficiency and electrification projects.
The presenters from Concert Properties, BC Hydro and Fortis BC will discuss incentive programs currently available in BC and some of Concert’s projects that received funding.
