Legal Update 2020 – RENTAL – Commercial Rental Managers’ Classroom
The classroom portion of this Legal Update 2020 – Rental offering has been created specially for the commercial rental manager. After completing the online portion of the course, you will attend the classroom where you will have the opportunity to discuss and apply concepts from the online subject matter to the complex real world situations commercial rental managers deal with on a daily basis.

A "Location" listed on the UBC web site as “Remote Delivery” means that the classroom component of the course will be delivered in a virtual classroom on the web using "Zoom" video conferencing software.
Remote Delivery students are responsible for ensuring that their computer, laptop, tablet, etc. meets the system requirements to run the Zoom software, the details of which can be found at: https://goo.gl/QNPDlE.
Upon registration, PAMA will contact remote delivery students directly to provide further information including access instructions to the "Zoom" virtual classroom.
Confirmation of Completion
Your record of completion is recorded directly at the Real Estate Council. No confirmation is required for re-licensing.

Phil loves to be a teacher when he can. He is involved with the Canadian Condominium Institute as a board member and speaker at CCI seminars. Three or four times a year, Phil also teaches an eight-week course at Vancouver Community College called “Law and Tenant Relations” for students training to be building managers.
Licensees are reminded that Rental re-licensing also requires completion of the on-line Anti-Money Laundering and Rules: Agency Disclosure courses.
