Students will develop practical knowledge and skills for problem solving and acquire a deeper understanding of how to handle everyday challenges pertaining to statutory compliance, annual and special general meetings, council meetings, budget preparation, financial reserves, building maintenance, insurance claims, and time management.
This course is endorsed by PAMA and SPABC.
Participants will be expected to participate in a Zoom class from 10am to 11:30 am, every Friday. There is also reading, discussion topics and recordings that will take another 2 hours each week.
This semester is a “can’t miss” semester as there will be several managing brokers participating in the class. This will provide a vast array of knowledge and different ways to “think outside the box” when providing services under different circumstance. As always, if opinions differ from your managing broker, you listen to you own managing broker.
We are also offering a savings this year as we have changed the format and will be taking feedback to improve the class.
For Brokerages that send one student, the cost is $499.
For up to 3 students, you will receive a 25% discount ($375 per student).
