Each part of this ZOOM-presented course is for 2 to 3 hours on successive Tuesday to Thursday mornings and includes handouts for future reference. You can take all three Parts, or any one or two. You must attend all three days of a Part to receive a completion certificate.

A residential landlord for over 20 years, and CEO of the former Rental Owners and Managers Society of BC for 16, Al has been serving, assisting, and educating rental housing providers since 1997.  His relevant experience includes business leadership, strategic problem solving, residential tenancies, manufactured home community tenancies, dispute resolution, and government relations.
