Luncheon Seminar - Tips & Tricks on Dispute Resolution

Please join our panel in this lunchtime session which will summarize the new dispute resolution process at the Residential Tenancy Branch, and the new ways to challenge a Residential Tenancy Branch decision. How is a Residential Tenancy Branch hearing conducted? Is there a chance to settle a dispute at the Residential Tenancy Branch? How can I challenge a decision with the Residential Tenancy Branch or the Court? What is a Facilitated Settlement Conference? All these questions, and more, will be canvassed in this seminar hosted by Al Kemp (A.G.
