We’ll discuss the difference between “rentals” and “short term accommodations” and why the distinction is important for bylaw enforcement
The implications of Court and CRT decisions, and best practices for drafting and enforcing rental and short term accommodation bylaws will be covered.
We’ll focus on the law as it has developed thus far, and also discuss some potential changes to the legislation that are being discussed in BC.
