Managing & Funding Large Capital Projects for Strata

Over the life of a strata corporation, various components, materials, and assemblies will require regular maintenance and, ultimately, renewal. Deciding what work is required, when and how it will be undertaken, who will undertake and oversee it, and how it will be funded is all part of the crucial strata council planning process in relation to building component renewals. In this session, speakers will discuss the planning and management process for large capital projects in strata corporations, along with funding and financing those projects.
