Rental Management Part 1

Designed for new and experienced property managers and on-site managers, this interactive course explores the process and techniques of successful tenant selection and the critical importance of contemporary tenancy agreements.

 

This course will take place over three days, Tuesday-Thursday, April 26-28, from 9:00 -11:00 a.m. 

Participants must be on camera and mic throughout the course. Participants will be invited to connect to the Zoom room the day prior to the class to test their equipment and connection.

Participants must attend all three parts to receive credit.

This class will cover:

  • Documentation – the critical importance of the right forms for the right situation
  • The Right Renters – the four steps process for successful tenant selection
  •  Tenancy Agreements – the Manager’s #1 Resource
