• Active Corporate - Professional Property Management companies
• Active Individual - Residential Property Managers
• Individual - Persons invited by the Board who have a substantial interest in the industry
• Associate - Companies or indiviuals providing goods or services to the strata/residential property management industry
• Honorary - Individuals who have rendered distinguished services to the Association or the Industry.

ANNUAL DUES 

• Active Corporate - (4 or less property managers)    $700
• Active Corporate - (5 - 10 property managers)        $850
• Active Corporate - (11 plus property managers)      $950
• Active Individual/Individual -                             $200
• Associate Corporate -                                         $900
