PAMA CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

Throughout the year PAMA presents a variety of full/half day, luncheon and other education seminars.  These are posted in the list or calendar under the "Events" tab.  PAMA email broadcasts updates and notices of upcoming seminars to members and other industry professionals who have requested to be included.  If you are not receiving any notices from PAMA and wish to be included please login and check your Personal Settings under "Member Services" or email admin@pama.ca.

RELICENSING EDUCATION PROGRAM (REP) 

 

PAMA now offers five REP approved courses:

• Insurance for Strata Managers,

• Agency for Property Managers ,

• Real Estate E & O Insurance Legal Update for Strata Managers,

• Real Estate E & O Insurance Legal Update for Rental Managers and

• Residential Tenancy Law. 

 

These courses have also been approved for 6 credits each for Real Estate Board PDP.

 

Please note Agency for Property Managers course is intended for all Property Managers - Commerical, Residential Rental and Strata.

Real Estate E & O Insurance Legal Update for Rental Managers is applicable for both residential and commercial managers.

There will be two new courses offered early in 2013 for Rental and Strata licensees.  Details will be published as soon as they are available.
