RE-LICENSING EDUCATION PROGRAMME

PAMA now offers four approved Re-licensing courses - Insurance for Strata Managers, Agency for Property Managers , Strata Law/Legal Update and Residential Tenancy Law.  These have also been approved for 6 credits each for Real Estate Board PDP.
 
Please note the Agency for Property Managers course is intended for all Property Managers - Commerical, Residential and Strata.

INDUSTRY ISSUES

There are many issues facing our industry today including licensing education programmes, legislation reviews and the shortage of professionals available to practice.
 
PAMA has various committees and volunteers working to make changes and advance the property management industry.  These committees work on education programmes, issues within the Strata and rental housing industry, health and safety for residents and owners and other issues as they arise.
